Student Research Article Award Details
Student Research Article Awards are designed to recognize outstanding research in the general area of natural products.
Up to two awards will be made in any year. The award will consist of an engraved plaque, a $500 cash gift and up to $1,000 assistance with expenses to present the paper at the annual meeting of the ASP (restricted to meetings held in continental North America and Hawaii).
Travel awards are granted to the applicant and may not be transferred to another listed in the abstract.

Eligibility
The competition is open to all graduate and undergraduate students working with a member of the ASP.
Formatting Specifics
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 point plain for general text and 14 point bold for headings.
- Alignment: Justify text
- Line Spacing: use 1.5 or greater
Application Process
The application form requires:
- A research paper describing their own work in the area of natural products. The research paper should conform in general to the format of the Journal of Natural Products.
Deadline is February 15th.
